Next Level Basketball Camp

We currently off two options in which to register for our camps. You may download our registration form (complete and return with payment) OR register online.

When registering online, you'll be able to use your credit card to make your $50 down payment to hold your spot in the camp. An additional $200 is due on May 1 and the balance ($200) is due on the first day of camp. PLEASE COMPLETE AN ONLINE FORM FOR EACH CHILD ATTENDING. Please email us with any questions.
